Shipping policy

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Delivery within the United States takes 7–12 business days after dispatch, so most orders arrive about 8–15 business days after they are placed. Every order ships with tracking, and you'll receive a tracking link by email once your order is on its way.

Holiday orders: For delivery before Christmas, please place your order by December 1.

Delivery times are estimates and can be affected by carrier delays, holidays and weather. If your tracking hasn't updated in 7 days or your order hasn't arrived within 20 business days, contact us through our Contact page and we'll help.

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We can't be responsible for orders sent to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
